On the provision of services for searching, selecting, calculating, processing and selling insurance services provided by partners (insurance companies) of Parasol.UA using the technical capabilities of the Parasol.UA website
Site is public, open for free access and available to all Internet users of the website https://parasol.ua/.
User is an individual or organization using the Site to fulfill a specific purpose, namely, the selection, calculation, registration and ordering of insurance services provided by site partners, insurance companies.
Offer is this public offer agreement.
Acceptance of the Offer is full and unconditional agreement with the terms of the Offer and acceptance of the Offer by the User for the possibility of using all functions of the Site for the purpose of searching, calculating, selecting, registration and payment for insurance Services provided by Service providers.
Service is a set of actions provided by the Service Provider to the Buyer/User, after payment. The scope of the Service and the start of its provision are selected by the User independently, when creating an Order, from the options presented on the site. According to the terms of this Offer, Service Providers are not obliged to provide Clients with any other services, except those declared when creating an Order on the Site. The list of services provided to the Buyer/User within the framework of the order may be changed by the Service Provider unilaterally, without the knowledge of the Buyer/User. Parasol.UA provides Services in accordance with the terms of partnership/agency/sub-agency agreements and agreements with Service Providers.
Electronic policy is a full-fledged analogue of the usual "paper" policy, only provided to the client in electronic form using electronic communication channels.
Service provider is insurance companies and other organizations duly registered in Ukraine and having a valid license to provide the relevant services posted on the site.
Service order is a request by the User to receive Services independently selected on the Site, which involves assigning the service selected on the Site by the User to a specific person (or persons). Registration may involve full or partial payment, or payment within the period allotted for this after ordering the Service.
Users have the opportunity to complete the registration procedure on the site.
During registration, the User must provide the following data:
mobile phone number (hereinafter used as a login);
name.
A one-time password is generated automatically and sent to the User to the specified mobile phone number. Express registration via the form on the Site, using your Facebook or Google profile, however, when placing an Order, the User undertakes to provide all the necessary data.
The User may refuse to use the Site by deleting his/her credentials and personal account. A request for deletion must be sent to the Support Service email address: [email protected]. After deletion, the User will not be able to restore the entries in the “Personal Account” section (including the list of orders, accumulated bonuses, credentials).
The site administration is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.
The Site allows Users to calculate the cost of the Service according to the specified parameters: the cost of the service in different insurance companies, comparison of the cost of services, selection of franchise options, additional services, insurance programs.
The specified information is placed on the Site in a convenient form for comparison and analysis of the Services. When ordering a service through the Site, the User is obliged to provide personal information necessary for the execution of the selected service.
When ordering services, the User must fill in the required fields on the Site. If the User has ordered a Service and has not paid for it within the deadline, such order will be automatically canceled within the period established by the Service Provider. No penalties are provided for the cancellation of an unpaid Service.
The User independently chooses the method of payment for the Service that suits him among the possible ones for this type of Service.
Payment services using payment cards of international payment systems VISA/MASTERCARD/PROSTIR are provided using Internet acquiring from leading suppliers Portmone, PrivatBank.
The User bears full, sole responsibility for all commission costs and other costs provided by the bank, which may be added to the cost of the issuers of the bank card. The User consents to the processing of his personal payment data.
When choosing the method of payment by bank card, the Buyer indicates the payment information of the bank card, namely: card number, expiration date, CVV code. This information is entered on the secure page of the Internet acquiring and is not transmitted to the Parasol.ua website.
Payment of insurance premiums under insurance contracts concluded as a subagent by LLC "Insurance Agency "eAgent" is made to the bank account of LLC "Insurance Agency "eAgent" (ERDPOU 45627149, legal address: Ukraine, 01001, Kyiv, Yevhena Chykalenko St., building 9). LLC "Parasol.UA" is a subagent of LLC "Insurance Agency "eAgent" according to the terms of the Subagent Agreement concluded by accepting the Public Offer, posted at the link https://docs.eagent.in.ua/subagent
Fraud (or attempts thereof) with bank payment cards entails liability, in accordance with the current Legislation.
The User independently chooses the appropriate method of delivery of the Service from among those possible for this type of Service.
Some delivery methods carried out by third-party organizations (Courier delivery services, Nova Poshta, etc.) may incur an additional fee in accordance with the organization's tariffs.
A corresponding information announcement is displayed on the Site regarding the need for additional payment for the selected method of delivery of the Service.
The User has the right to:
Use all available services and information sections of the Site for the purpose of analyzing, selecting, registering, ordering, paying for, or studying available Services. To place a Service Order for third parties or on their behalf, only if he has been authorized by these persons to make a selection and Order a Service, as well as to provide personal data required for the Service Order.
The User is obliged to:
Fulfill the terms of the Service Order established by any of the Service Providers with whom he will cooperate within the framework of the selected Service, including, but not limited to, paying all insurance payments at the appropriate time, and in accordance with the established tariffs, rules and restrictions of the Service Provider.
Users are responsible, informed and aware that:
All stages of creating a Service Order: data specified for calculating the cost, selection of the Service Provider, entering User data, selection of payment methods, etc. are exclusively the User's independent choice. The User is fully responsible for the correctness of the data specified by him when ordering the service. The information entered by the User is automatically recorded on the Site and in the internal database of the Service Provider for further processing of the Service. Users themselves are responsible for untimely filing of claims or failure to comply with the prescribed formalities.
The Site Administration has the right:
At its discretion, at any time, to make any changes to the Site without special notice or warning to Users, to add new or reduce available Services of Service Providers, services and functionality available on the Site, to change the design, rules of the bonus program, to add/reduce payment methods available to Users for payment for Services on the Site, to change the cost of the Services provided.
Without notifying Users, to suspend the provision of Services on the Site for the purpose of carrying out technical work.
To correct any errors in the cost of Services on the Site and/or in ready Orders (paid and unpaid) ordered at an incorrect price. In this case, if possible, the User will be offered to keep the order with the correct price or cancel the Service without penalty.
At its sole discretion, deny Users access to the Site and the Services offered, at any time and for any reason, without explanation and notification to the User.
Collect information about the User's order on the Site in order to notify the User about special offers, promotions and additional Services available on the Site.
Offer the User paid or free additional Services. Depending on the step of the Service Order at which the additional Service is offered, its cost is either included in the total cost of the Service or offered for payment separately.
The Site Administration is obliged to:
Make every effort to properly serve the Site users.
Inform Users about changes to the list of Services or about the inability to perform the paid service, provided that the Service Provider has informed the Site Administration about this in a timely manner.
The site administration does not act as a co-provider with the Service Provider, the Service selected by the User and does not participate in disputes between the User and the Service Provider.
The site administration uses generally accepted standards for protecting information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
In compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Law), upon concluding this Public Offer Agreement (acceptance of the offer), the User provides the Site Administration with his full, unlimited, irrevocable consent to the processing of his personal data* in any manner provided for by the Law, for the purpose of carrying out his activities related to financial and economic activities, and also refuses to provide written notification of the inclusion of information about him in the personal data database of the Site/Site Administration and the selected Service Provider, transfer or provision of access to third parties without obtaining additional consent from the User. The User confirms that he is familiar with his rights as a subject of personal data, in accordance with the Law. The User consents to receiving SMS messages, electronic messages in popular messengers and electronic/paper letters from the Site/Site Administration and its partners who process the services.
* Within the meaning of the Law, personal data means any information about the User, including, but not limited to, last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, address, telephone number, passport data, and data from other documents (necessary for Ordering the service), identification number, profession, information about the property belonging to him, as well as other information provided when Ordering the service.
The site administration has the right, at any time, at its sole discretion, to change or edit the data of the Public Offer Agreement without notifying the User. Further use by the User of this site means that the User has automatically accepted the changes or the edited Public Offer Agreement.
This Public Offer Agreement may be terminated at any time at the initiative of the User or the site administration, by sending the other party a corresponding notice by letter or mail.
The contract comes into force from the moment of its conclusion (acceptance of the offer) and is valid for an indefinite period.
