LLC "PARASOL.UA" is an insurance intermediary
LLC "PARASOL.UA" acts on behalf and in the interests and by authorization of the Insurer, based on the Agreement concluded between the Insurer JSC "SG "TAS" (PRIVATE) EDRPOU 30115243 and LLC "PARASOL.UA" Agency Agreement for the provision of insurance agency services (agency agreement) No.01-9237/000/01 dated 22.05.2024.
LLC "PARASOL.UA" has the following powers according to the Agency Agreement for the provision of insurance agency services (agency agreement) No.01-9237/000/01 dated 22.05.2024, including but not limited to:

Determining the client's needs for insurance services, risk analysis, and searching for acceptable conditions for placing the client’s risks in insurance;
Advertising and/or conducting marketing, promotional, and other preparatory activities aimed at concluding insurance (reinsurance) contracts, providing information on the terms of insurance (reinsurance) contracts, including intermediary services that did not lead to the conclusion of such contracts;
Providing expert, informational, and consulting services in the field of insurance;
Consulting the client regarding the conclusion of an insurance contract, activities related to the preparation, conclusion, and execution (support) of insurance contracts;
Conducting identification and verification of clients (client representatives) in case the Trustee involves the Agent in the financial monitoring process;
Preparation and development of insurance contract terms;
Conclusion and execution (support) of the insurance contract, preparation of documents and settlements regarding payment of the insurance premium;
Conclusion of insurance contracts, including receiving and transferring insurance premiums;
Activities related to the execution (support) of insurance contracts involving risk assessment and probability of occurrence of an insured event;
Activities related to the execution (support) of insurance contracts regarding loss assessment, organization of claims settlement, and preparation of necessary documents;
Activities related to the execution (support) of insurance contracts regarding receiving and transferring insurance payments (compensations).
