Over the six months, the company received 31 notifications of an insured event, while compensation for more than 778 thousand hryvnias was paid. According to the results of 2016, the largest number of company payments was made upon death regardless of the cause, as well as disability regardless of the cause.
In February-March, the company conducted a marketing study of the quality of service and the quality of work with customers. The survey results showed that 95% of respondents were satisfied with the quality of customer service. Маємо 4 поліси в сім'ї вже 5 років. Дуже задоволені, що оформили поліси саме в цій компанії. Прекрасні компетентні співробітники, всі питання вирішуються оперативно. За цей час моя родина отримала 4 виплати по травматизму. Я особисто одержала 2 виплати за травму руки в січні 2016 року (11 8оо грн.) і в липні цього ж року за травму ноги. І ще по одній виплаті доньці за травму коліна і чоловіку за перелом пальця на руці. Всі виплати були здійснені на карткові рахунки в двотижневий термін. Щиро вдячні компаніїза таку підтримку. Оскільки лікарняні я отримала майже через 3 місяці і якбі не виплата СК "KD life", то навіть уявити не можу, як би ми жили весь цей час без матеріальної підтримки.
