Legalizing prostitution, drug trafficking, gambling, and weapons sales is a recipe for increasing revenues to the Pension Fund, according to the head of the Ukrainian Insurance Federation, Galina Tretyakova.
According to her, these illegal industries are already operating in Ukraine, so if everything is legalized, the state budget can be filled with considerable taxes, which will irreversibly lead to an increase in pensions for the elderly. "I mean, maybe provocatively, and prostitutes, and weapons, and gambling, and the cultivation and sale of marijuana," Tretyakova explained.
Despite the fact that all of the above really functions legally in some Western countries, it is difficult to calculate the consequences of such a step in a country where there is a war, the degree of aggression and violence has critically increased, the number of sexual crimes is skyrocketing, and law enforcement agencies are practically inactive.
