The "UBI" Insurance Group has been providing insurance services to Ukrainians for many years in various types of voluntary and compulsory insurance.
The insurer's assets amount to 69.8 million hryvnias, while the authorized capital is 33 million hryvnias. The company guarantees its clients reliability, which is reflected in such indicators as insurance reserves and equity. At the moment, the insurer has 26 million hryvnias in insurance reserves, and equity is 40 million hryvnias. Over the entire period of its activity, the insurer has collected 68 million hryvnias in insurance payments.
UBI Insurance Company occupies a leading position in the insurance market of Ukraine, as evidenced by high ratings from national rating agencies. In 2015, the insurer received a uaAA financial stability rating.
The company employs professional employees and experienced management, which selects an individual approach to each client. The company's client base includes more than 2 thousand Ukrainian enterprises, including the European Bank, the Kakhovka Electric Welding Plant, the Slavic Oil Products Enterprise, and others. Более некомпетентного и невменяемого сотрудника чем ********** из Запорожского филиала Страховой компании UBI сложно найти. Никогда не обращайтесь в эту компанию!
Страховий випадок
Не додзвонитись, на гарячій лінії сказали, що зв‘язку з компанією не мають Емейл, вайбер нагло ігнорують(повідомлення в вайбері прочитані!) Також відправляла документи всі укр поштою, рекомендованим листом, прийшла смс, що лист отримано...всерівно ніякої відповіді Завтра писатиму скаргу в МТСБУ, можливо хоч це щось дасть Не рекомендую

Просто жесть,выплату задержуют более месяца,все вопросы с этой компанией только через суд ,других путей нет

ДТП
Я є потерпілою стороною в ДТП, яке сталося 30.01.21р. в м.Лубни. 24.02.21р. рішенням суду клієнта страхової компанії Ю.БІ.АЙ визнано винним у скоєні ДТП. Тобто, я є потерпілим. 09.03.21р. рішення суду набуло чинності. Після рішення суду минуло 4 місяці. Страхова кошти не виплачує, працівники офісу в м. Лубни відмовляються спілкуватись, гаряча лінія страхової на дзвінки не відповідає.

Не выплачивают компенсацию
Никому не рекомендую страховать свое имущество в данной страховой компании. Являюсь потерпевшей не виновной стороной которой пришлось столкнуться с этой шарашкиной конторой. Дозвониться не возможно. Ни по одному указанному адресу их не существует. Деятельность этой конторы на рынке существует 21 год. Размер уставного капитала 33 000 000,00 грн. Компенсации не выплачивают. Представляю сколько людей эта недобросовестная контора "кинула" на деньги. В моем случае даже после решения суда эти существа не выплачивают компенсацию. Сначала они отвечали на переписку, кормили завтраками, рассказывали про лишение лицензии, прекращение финансирования а сейчас и вовсе перестали реагировать на сообщения. Перед тем как страховать свое имущество настоятельно рекомендую читать отзывы, чтобы меньше "кормить" такие организации и по итогу ремонтироваться за свои деньги. Если кому-то придётся столкнуться с ними, рекомендую писать жалобы в НБУ, МТСБУ. Чем больше людей будет жаловаться, тем больше вероятности что их все таки закроют и на одних мошенников на рынке станет меньше.

хотел проблить автомобильную страховку, а куда звонить не понятно, все номнра который указаны в страховом полисе не доступны, хотя страховка через сайт мтсбу пробивается как действуюшая.

люди , БІЖІТЬ ВІД ЦІЄЇ КОМПАНІІ ДАЛЬШЕ.... І ЩЕ ДАЛЬШЕ ..... і не оглядайтеся!!!! все бачл, всяке зустрічали , но таких уродів , не було ще .... прийдеться і ім платити .... і за дтп оплачувати через суд!!!
