President Petro Poroshenko signed the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services". This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
The document is aimed at reforming the national regulatory framework in the field of electronic digital signature by implementing European Union legislation, developing a single space of trust based on a system of electronic trust services, the message says.
In particular, the law introduces such mechanisms as electronic identification, electronic signature, electronic seal, electronic time indicator, registered electronic delivery, interoperability, etc.
In addition, the law facilitates the cross-border use of online services, creates conditions for secure electronic identification and authentication.
