Insurance company “Persha” specializes in transport insurance, as well as property and liability insurance. The main task of the insurance company is to provide reliable insurance protection for its clients. Insurance company “Persha” was registered on the insurance market of Ukraine on September 24, 2001.
The authorized capital of the company is 60 million hryvnias. The organization “Persha” insurance has a developed regional network of representative offices. The regional network is represented by 46 structural divisions in the regional centers of the country, as well as 25 district sales centers. In total, the company employs 220 full-time employees, the actions of the divisions are coordinated by experienced management.
In 2010, the insurer received full membership in the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine and the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine. Based on the results of its activities in 2009, the insurance company received the title of “Best Technology Company” at the “First All-Ukrainian Competition”. A year later, at the same competition in 2010, the insurer received the title of “Leader of the Insurance Market in the Implementation of New Risk Management Methods”.
In 2012, the insurance company received the uaA+ reliability level from the national rating agency Expert RA. The International Academy of Rating Technologies awarded the insurer the prize “For the Implementation of High-Quality Innovative Insurance Products”. In 2014, the insurance company received the Ukrainian People's Prize in the nomination “Best Insurance Company of 2013”.
The company has 19 licenses to provide insurance services in voluntary and mandatory types of insurance and offers 65 insurance products for individual and corporate clients. The company's reliability is guaranteed not only by stable financial indicators, but also by cooperation with the best world reinsurance companies, including the French company SCOR, the German insurer Gen Re and the Polish reinsurance company Polish Re.
The priority area for the company is vehicle insurance. The insurer provides insurance services under the Green Card policy, Autocivilka, accident insurance, CASCO, cargo insurance and other types of insurance.

Застраховался там один раз и последний
Попал в дтп догнала меня газелька, позвонил в страховую, они сказали раз я не виноват то значит все тут за страховой виновника, и никакой реальной помощи, грамотной юридической консультации я не получил, хотя авария произошла в центре города за 5 минут ходьбы от офиса, никто жопу с кресла не поднял и пофиг им как ты будешь разгребаться со своим дтп.
Довольна хорошей работой
Являюсь клиентом СК "Перша". Был случай,когда отдыхали на даче. Машину кто-то поцарапал и разбил фару. Так вот после того как мы обратились в страховую, тут же на следующий день мы передали все документы, нас направили на СТО. В течении 3-й дней нам отремонтировали машину и через неделю нам перевели деньги. Я рада что все так быстро решилось без лишних споров и конфликтов. Хорошо когда есть еще люди добросовестные и порядочные.

Попала в ДТП. Виновник этого торжества конечно же стал утверждать, что виновата я, аргументируя это тем, что я (цитирую) "баба". Но, слава Богу, были и очевидцы, которые подтвердили мои заверения, что это другая сторона догнал меня и "поцеловал" в правый задний поворотник и причесал крыло. СК перечислила страховую компенсацию через пять дней. Хотя, справедливее было бы, если бы всю сумму ущерба оплатил другой водитель, а не СК в которой застрахована мое авто.
Полная выплата по страховке КАСКО от "Первой Страховой"
Когда покупал КАСКО в Первой Страховой компании не мог даже предположить, как быстро он мне пригодится. В марте этого года, возвращаясь из командировки (с Ужгорода) я попал в неприятное ДТП на перевале. Потерял управление на дорого и въехал в защитное ограждение. Хорошо, что скорость была не высокая, отделался испугом, а вот машина пострадала. Ущерба примерно на 250 тысяч гривен. Первой Страховой поступила порядочно, через 10 дней после фиксации и оформления страхового случая мне все выплатили.

Никому не советую связываться с этой горе-страховой. Мне очень не повезло- по ДТП виновник был застрахован в СК "Перша". Уведомление о ДТП №22116. Изначально СК вводила в заблуждение о необходимом ПОЛНОМ пакете документов. Только после консультации в МТСБУ мною правильно и в полном объеме были отправлены документы на возмещение ущерба. Сумма реального ремонта авто многократно превышает выплаченную сумму. Страховая выплатила мизерную сумму, такое впечатление что взяла ее с потолка.Выплата была по акту №TsV0821508 от 21.07.2021. Неоднократные официальные запросы на предоставление мне информации о расчете страхового возмещения и ознакомления меня со страховым актом ни к чему не привели. Полный игнор. Что они там посчитали , какие повреждения учли - даже не догадываюсь. Я в полном шоке. Буду судиться с ними. НЕ страхуйтесь в СК "Перша" - и будет Вам счастье. Положительные отзывы пишут наверное подставные лица.

Коли купував свою машину (toyota camry 70) не жалкував коштів і декілька років оформлював страховку КАСКО. Звісно за ці роки з машиною нічого не відбувалося. І коли спливав термін останньої страховки думав вже не оформлювати каско на наступний рік. Але втрапляю в ситуації коли через непогоду вночі мені на машину падає величезна гілка з дерева яке стояло під моїм будинком. Гілка подерла дах автівки, а також тріснуло лобове скло. СТО нарахувало ремонт на 26 тис.грн. З усіма документами звернувся до страхової, на моє щастя страховка була ще дійсна на 3 місяці тому за 2 тижні отримав кошти. Зміг відремонтувати своє авто та продовжую оформлювати страховку.

Оформлювала ЗК
Розрахувавала вартість, сплатила, поліс одразу прийшов на електрону адресу. Спокійно перетнула кордон. Приємний інтерфейс, все швидко працює, дякую!

Ніколи, повторюю ніколи не оформлюйте ДТП якщо у винної сторони поліс страхування від першої страхової. Або як мінімум збережіть всі відео з всіх камер які зафіксували ДТП. Дана страхова компанія максимально тягне час щоб сказати вам що не будуть виплачувати компенсацію так як вони вважають що ви винні в тому що ви стояли, а у вас в'їхав водій на парковці Якщо винуватець має поліс першої страхової краще викликайте поліцію і оформлюйте все через них
