Разочарован
Полное каско. Платил частями (4). Страховой случай произошел в декабре, прошел месяц, звонят и предлагают самому заплатить за ремонт... так как (внимание!) просрочен очередной платеж по каско именно в момент звонка...

Платиш котпании месяц два 5. Потом тебя в самый ответственный мотент (дтп) тебя прокатывают(кидают). С 3х-4х звонков если ответили, перенаправляют на другой номер, звоните. В итоге не ответа не привета... Страхование автомобиля на украинской регистрации дешевле обходится в польше. Польская страховая говорит по указанному с вами. Польская страховая даст вам заменный авто. Вы почувствуете себя человеком которого не обтанавают, когда пообщаитесь со страховой компанией с польшы. USG только возьмёт денги.

Я вкрай обурена роботою страхової компанії USG. У підписаному договорі було виявлено помилку, після чого я неодноразово намагалася звернутися за допомогою. Замість вирішення питання мене понад десять разів переводили на різні телефонні лінії, де ніхто навіть не відповідає. В результаті я витратила значні кошти на дзвінки, втратила час та нерви, але жодної допомоги так і не отримала. Така поведінка є неприйнятною для компанії, яка позиціонує себе як надійний страховик. Складається враження, що після отримання грошей клієнт залишається абсолютно сам на сам зі своїми проблемами. Вимагаю від компанії пояснень, вибачень та реальних дій для виправлення ситуації. Якщо найближчим часом реакції не буде, розгляну можливість подання офіційної скарги до Нацкомфінпослуг та поширення інформації про такий «сервіс» на всіх можливих ресурсах. Категорично не рекомендую дану компанію, доки ставлення до клієнтів не буде змінено!

Виплата відшкодування по пошкодженням при ДТП
Справа ОСЦВ-000000000007331. Винуватець ДТП застрахований в "USG". Суд визнав винуватця вину, страхова "USG" занижає розмір виплати по відшкодуванню пошкоджень від ДТП. Страхова не надає матеріали по експертизі для ознайомлення. Три місяця очікування та нервів.
