The Social Active Day - 2017 baton was accepted by the employees of the Sumy Regional Directorate.
This year, within the framework of the project "Social Activity Day", the employees of the Sumy Regional Directorate of the "Ukrainian Insurance Group" helped the Sumy Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children of the region.
The Directorate team organized an educational excursion into the past of their hometown for orphans. The children visited the oldest stone Resurrection Church, dated 1702, where the Priest gave the children a tour of the temple. Then the employees prepared a tour of the historical center of the city for the children, and also visited the Local History Museum, where the children were told about Sumy and the life of Sumy residents in the 18th-19th centuries.
During the tour, the children had the opportunity to learn many interesting historical facts, as well as get a charge of new positive emotions!
