Срок о решении по выплате уже почти закончился. Обещали перезвонить, но что-то пока глухо. Устала ждать...
Не связывайтесь никогда с Альфа страхованием
При поездках зарубеж я выбрал много лет назад страховую Альфа-Страхование. Перед следующей длительной поездкой оформил договор, но в нём прикрепился неактуальный номер телефона. В личном кабинете попытки сменить номер телефона не увенчались успехом. Незадача, но это же легко поправить! Я написал в вайбер оператору просьбу сменить телефон вручную. Оператор отписал, что «и так сойдёт». Я написал, что для меня это неприемлимо, и если для оператора и сойдёт, то мне как клиенту, который платит деньги «так не сойдёт». Оператор, просто отключила чат. Резюме: если у вас такой подход к клиентам, то что будет если наступит страховой случай?! Я настоятельно НЕ рекомендую Альфа Страхование, если на этапе элементарной смены номера телефона возникли трудности, которые я не смог решить за ПОЛ ДНЯ. Отзыв написал, чтобы уберечь людей от ошибки связаться с такими работниками.
