В августе я уже получил возмещение от страховой, выплатили 19000 грн. Приятно был удивлен! Спасибо страховой компании "Омега". Конечно не обошлось без проволочек, затянули на неделю дольше, но все заплатили.
Задержка с выплатой
Прошли все сроки выплаты, до отдела безопасности не дозвонишься. На данный момент отмораживаются.

Страховая выплата
Столкнулась с данной страховой компанией по ДТП. К моему удивлению, на третий день после заявления приехал эксперт, осмотрел автомобиль и сумма была названа спустя неделю после осмотра. В итоге страховое возмещение получила спустя 40 дней. Очень благодарна компании "ОМЕГА" и сотрудникам Харьковского управления за грамотное содействие и своевременную выплату страхового возмещения. Перестраховалась в компании "ОМЕГА" по автогражданке и застраховала квартиру на время отпуска! Всем советую!

ОСТОРОЖНО МОШЕННИКИ!
Ваш клиент въехал в мою припаркованную возле офиса машину 13.03.2019, но естественно, вы взяли заявление на компенсацию только после решения суда, в средине июня, таким образом отсрочив выплату до 04.11.2019. Прекрасно, что вы сумели найти лазейку в законах, но поверьте, что это бьет по вашей репутации хуже некуда. Итого, вы должны были выплатить мне 15 367,57 грн до 04.11 о чем есть письменное подтверждение ваших сотрудников (готова предоставить). Данным письмом я уведомляю вас, что в случае, если выплаты не будет на следующей неделе (с 9 по 13 декабря), 16 декабря я подаю судовой иск. Юрист, который занимается этим делом уже подготовил для меня все соответствующие документы. Настроена я очень решительно, ремонт у официалов мне обошелся дороже, чем оценочная стоимость + амортизация автомобиля + моральный ущерб от ваших действий. Стоимость иска более чем в 2 раза превышает сумму к выплате. Ответным письмом ожидаю точную дату выплаты в период 9.12-13.12, ответ что счет в бухгалтерии больше не пройдет, отсутствие ответа так же как и отсутсвие даты выплаты ускорят подачу судового иска.
Не выплачивают!!!
Заявление на выплату от 30.07.2019, после решения суда. ДТП 19.05.2019. До сих пор не выплачено 6189,50 грн. Естественно юристы готовят иск в суд. По другому не получается.
