The insurance company "Naftagazstrakh" was founded in February 1995, at the moment the insurer has a vast experience in the domestic insurance market, which exceeds 20 years. Today, the company has 20 licenses for the implementation of 6 mandatory and 14 voluntary types of insurance. The insurer offers insurance products to individuals and legal entities, while taking into account the peculiarities of work and the specifics of the field of activity.
The priority area of activity of the insurance company "Naftagazstrakh" is voluntary medical insurance, accident insurance, property and cargo insurance. The insurance company specializes mainly in medical insurance of business employees. The largest insurance partners of Naftagazstrakh are railways, including Lviv, Prydniprovska, Donetsk, South-West, South and Odesa.
The insurer takes an active part in the development of the insurance sector in Ukraine, it is a member of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine. Every year the insurance company shows stable financial results. According to the results of its activities during the first half of 2017, the insurer received more than 125 million hryvnias from insurance payments. During this period, more than 47 thousand insurance cases were settled, and 95.6 million hryvnias were paid out for them. In February 2013, the company joined the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine. From that moment on, the insurer began to implement compulsory third-party liability insurance policies for vehicle owners.
Based on the results of its activities in 2015, the company was recognized as a leader in health insurance for individuals according to the Insurance TOP publication. In March 2016, the company's management changed, after which the priorities of its activities were reviewed, and a decision was made to further specialize in voluntary health insurance for individuals and legal entities.

Марна викачка грошей
Жахливе обслуговування і жахлива компанія. Займалася документами батька, що застрахований в даній компанії. Особисто всі документи, в тому числі і оригінали привезла в компанію, взяла вхідний номер заяви, 2 тижні мовчання, потім почали дзвонити і просити надати інформацію по відшкодуванню. Консультанти в надто зухвалій формі повідомили, що нічого невідомо, коли почали піднімати шум, нарешті повідомили, що це бачте планова перевірка (що не є правдою) і нічого вони відшкодовувати не будуть. Через тиждень батько зателефонував, щоб потрапити до стоматолога, виявилось, що якщо елемантарно болить зуб то це теж НЕ СТРАХОВИЙ ВИПАДОК! В мене не вистачає цензурних слів. Нікому не рекомендую бути членом даної страхової компанії! Марна викачка грошей.

Хочу тільки запитати у страхової компанії = Де ваша совість? Як можна по двох талонах (було дві виписки з історії хвороби) пенсіонеру, який віддав залізниці більше 25 років життя, внаслідок напруженої роботи "заробив" діабет і кілька інсультів (останні два підряд) виплатити по 800 грн на талон??? Це лохотрон в дії. Десятому закажу, щоб не зв"язувались з такими пустодзонами. А керівникам цієї компанії бажаю полікувати свій інсульт за 800 гривень. Написала дружина Лідія від імені вашого страховика №60-15-00-49839.

Компания супер гавно. После операции собирал чеки,подписывал у заведующего,думал как в договоре говориться ( уточнил у оператора)- всё что в эпикриза подлежит компенсации. Хрен там. Вышел с Нафтогаз,застраховался в ПриватБанке. Теперь сын после операции та самая история.

Звонила на горячую линию мне сказали через месяц выплатят, сегодня 1 декабря снова звонила, ответили на рассмотрении, перезвонить в начале января. Вы что издеваетесь !!!

25 грудня 2021 року відправила всі документи на відшкодування страхового випадку. Мені у відповідь прийшов лист і знову довідки ті що я вже надала , лікарня повторно не видає . Передзвонила представникам і отримала у відповідь , що це в моїх інтересах отримати ці довідки щоб отримати виплати. Я витратила на лікування майже 50000 грн. Найгірша страхова компанія . Нікому не радитиму.

Дырявая контора! Какие-то свиньи с УЗ придумали тему и качают с железнодорожников деньги! Суки ненажорливые! Поперёк горла вам, твари, это бабло чтобы стало!

Вам вообще реально дозвониться? Зачем вы издеваетесь с людей, выполняйте свои обязательства согласно договору ! Сдали документы в апреле на выплаты , ни ответа ни привета ! Дырявая контора !
