The insurance company “Globus” began its activities in 1994, it was founded in Uzhgorod. Due to its location in the city, which is close to the borders of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Poland, the “Globus” insurance organization was engaged in insurance protection of subjects of export-import operations. The main field of activity was initially property risk insurance.
In 2006, the insurance company became part of the international insurance group VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP. The activities of the insurance company were also highly rated by the STANDARD & POORS rating.
In the process of its activities, the insurer managed to accumulate valuable experience, so the company began to expand its scope of specialization in the Ukrainian market. Thus, an all-Ukrainian network of regional representative offices was created. Конечно много бумажной волокиты, но в целом норм, выплатили всю сумму.
Страхова компанія Глобус
Моя машина стояла на стоянці мене в машині не було. Була слизька дорога і в неї заїхав бус.Був правильно оформленний європротокол зроблені фотографії все по спільній угоді .Була призначена компенсація але чомусь в Києві в центральному офісі виплату заблокували.На мої запитання відповіли що вся причина відказу в тому що я в момент дтп не був в машині.При дальшому спілкуванні з працівниками Глобусу я зрозумів що вони напевно навчалися в кулінарному або в якомусь ветеринарному закладі так як не могли дати якоїсь нормальної відповіді на мої питання тільки весь час булькотіли-«рішення прийнято» і це все їхнє пояснення. Лист мені надіслали також без пояснення причини відказу.Шановні Українці НЕ ЗВЯЗУЙТЕСЬ З ТИМИ АФЕРИСТАМИ Вони тільки знають як взяти а якщо проблема то це вже ваша проблема.
Обслуговування
Обслуговування на найнижчому рівні. м.Кодима. Подзвонила запитати за ціну автоцивілки, менеджер взагалі не компетентна, «я ціни ще не вивчила» кажу ну хочаб приблизно скажіть, чи варто їхати до вас, чи оформити онлайн інший поліс. « Ну тай оформлюйте онлайн ахахах» Було б не погано проводити курси по спілкуванню з потенційними клієнтами!
