The insurance company "Euroins Ukraine" was founded in 1992, initially it was called Alcona. From 2008 to 2010, the organization was a member of the Talanx International AG holding (Germany) and operated under the name HDI Insurance. But in 2016, the ownership rights were re-registered and from that moment on, the insurer is known as the "Euroins Ukraine" Insurance Company. Thanks to changes in the company's structure, it managed to reach a new level, while the quality of service provision remained at a high level.
The strategy of the "Euroins Ukraine" insurance organization involves activity in all segments of the domestic insurance market. The company has a number of licenses to provide services in voluntary and compulsory insurance. Qualified staff and experienced management guarantee high quality services. The Euroins Insurance Company has all the necessary conditions to fulfill its obligations, as well as to control the interaction between clients and company employees. The employees have many years of experience in the European insurance market. The insurer uses the experience of foreign companies that are part of the Euroins Insurance Group JSC group.
The group is one of the largest independent organizations operating in Europe. The organization is focused on providing a full range of insurance services. The head office of EIG is located in Sofia, the group operates in 7 European countries and has more than 7% of the Bulgarian, Romanian and Macedonian markets. In 2014, the group began operations in Greece. The number of group clients is more than 2 million people. The group employs more than 1,400 people and has an annual revenue of 250 million euros.
The insurer “Euroins Ukraine” is an information-open company that actively participates in the activities of various insurance organizations. The company is a member of the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, as well as the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine.

Хочется отметить проффесионализм и оперативность решения вопросов сотрудников данной страховой
На платной автостоянке третьим лицом был повреждён мой автомобиль. Оформили европротокол, обратились в страховую компанию для возмещения убытков. Квалифицированный сециалист Виталий помог заполнить необходимые бумаги, и в течении недели озвучили сумму компенсации. Я согласилась, и через пару дней была произведена выплата средств. Все заняло 9 дней! Хочется отметить проффесионализм и оперативность решения вопросов сотрудников данной страховой компании, спасибо!

Отличная компания, молодой и толковый коллектив
Выражаю благодарность сотрудникам отдела урегулирования. В течении 6 месяцев мой отец 3 раза попадал в ДТП в 2017 году. С начало в него въехала маршрутка, помятая 1 дверь, но в этом случае виноват был он. Потом разбил переднюю фару. Потом кто то въехал в задний бампер. В общем, человек приключение. И слава богу что мы всей семьёй уговорили купить Каско. Если бы не Вы я не знаю как бы спасались. А ваш отдел еще звонит и проверяет качество обслуживание. В общем здорово. Рекомендую всем своим знакомым.

В Евроинсе страхуюсь регулярно, когда нужна страховка для поездок. У них этот механизм отлажен, все быстро и без лишней волокиты. Страховку беру стандартную, не вижу смысла переплачивать. Тем более, что путешествуем всей семьей. Ребята хорошо работают, обязательства выполняют, задержек с выплатами не было. Спасибо большое за сотрудничество!
Хорошая компания
Впервые выезжал за границу, и опыта оформления страховки для туристов небыло. Компанию выбирал по рекомендации друзей, и не пожалел. Заказал полис онлайн, все очень легко было. В общем, я не был разочарован - во время путешествия растянул связку и пришлось обратиться в больницу, думал, что травма серьезнее. Компания все оплатила довольно оперативно
Страхование здоровья - полное разочарование
Хочу всех предупредить, что данная страховая компания при первой же возможности откажет в страховой выплате и оставит человека в беде сам на сам со своими проблемами. Предприятие, в котором я работаю, застраховало своих сотрудников в данной страховой компании, но в декабре 2020 года со мной случился страховой случай — аппендицит. Все произошло очень быстро и в момент вызова скорой мне было уже не до звонка в страховую и меня отвезли в обычную городскую больницу, где обнаружили аппендицит и экстренно прооперировали. Я понес затраты на сумму около 13000 грн, из них страховая мне компенсировала только 776 грн (медикаменты для капельниц), это всего навсего 6% от моих затрат. В больнице мне выдали чек на сумму 9600 грн, они это провели как закупка инструментов для операции через поставщика, так как медицина у нас «бесплатна» в городских больницах. Но страховая отказалась это компенсировать! Т.е. обратись я в частную клинику, где бы указали стоимость работ — они бы компенсировали, а в государственной — где они не могут брать деньги за услуги, а оформляют через материалы — полный отказ. На момент страхового случая они даже не выдали мне страховой полис, так как он не был готов, только потом я уже узнал, что там был даже контакт, по которому можно было вызывать скорую, а я вызвал обычную — позвонив на 103. Вывод. Страховая при первой же возможности кидает клиентов + очень долго заказывает медикаменты в аптеках (приходится ждать около 2 часов звонка). Очень надеюсь, что наше предприятие не будет продливать сотрудничество с данной страховой, многие и так в шоке от сложившейся ситуации.
