Пока все хоорошо
Страхую в Колоннейд Украина автомобиль. До этого страховал в Брокбизнесе. Ушел так как цена высокая, а выплаты были маленькие. Знакомый посоветовал эту страховую. Надеюсь здесь работают приличные люди и не будут искать причины чтобы не платить. Если кто-то здесь застрахован, пишите сюда, были ли здесь когда либо проблемы с выплатами. Заранее благодарю.
крайняя некомпетентность сотрудников
1. Сотрудники далеки от толкования условий договора 2. Непоследовательность действий: сначала говорится о покрытии договором и гарантируют оплату услуг/лекарств. Далее 2 дня молчания - лекарств нет. Набрал самостоятельно страховую - сказали, что покрытия не будет, мол ошиблись и забыли предупредить. В итоге 2 дня без лекарств и понимания когда они будут 3. Медлительность - от заказа препаратов до доставки аптеку проходит день. Без напоминания заказ вообще нет. 4. Многое другое
