Updated: Since July 1, 2019, "AXA Insurance" has been operating under the new name "ARX Insurance Company".
The French group of companies AXA has been a leader in the global insurance market for over seven years. In addition to traditional medical, automobile, property and travel insurance, the company provides pension insurance, financial planning and asset management. The insurance company AXA Insurance was established in Ukraine in 2007. Довольна, что воспользовалась услугами именно этой СК,приятные цены и хорошие выплаты)
Молодцы! Быстро сработали. Выплатили в течении месяца. Правда ожидалось больше, чем получил. Но то, что есть хоть какие-то деньги и на том спасибо. В прошлом году был случай (в меня снова въехали), так до сих пор сужусь с недобросовестной компанией – о названии промолчу.
Значно зменшено суму збитку
По ОСЦВВТЗ було пошкоджено авто, розрив бамперу заднього. Спеціаліст в Хакркові вважає за можливим його ремонт (330 грн.), хоча бампер розірвано та в ньому дира. Та мої прохання перерахувати не зауважує.
Отказываются платить полную сумму ремонта
Я являлся клиентом AXA с 2007 года. Последние 2 года застраховано 3 автомобиля на полное КАСКО, до этого 2. В 19 августа 2018 на парковке по улице Казимира Малевича утонул автомобиль KIA SORENTO, купленный в мае 2017. Номер договора страховая 110151а8к, страховая сумма 1 037 138.93 грн. Страховой случай зарегистрирован согласно условий договора под номером 1.003.18.0014257. Официальная станция подала 2 счета на ремонт на суммы 390 880.49 и 252 779.40 грн. По первому счету AXA без согласования с кем-либо заплатила только часть в размере 203 026.15 грн. Во втором счете замена коробки, внутри которой была вода. Второй счет вообще игнорируется и даются указания станции «промывать» коробку. После такого ремонта автомобиль не только продать будет не возможно, он и ездить будет 5 дней и месяц на станции стоять. С компанией АХА Страхование сотрудничали не один год, но обращаться по страховым случаям не приходилось. 15.03.2019 г у нас угнали новый автомобиль. Сказать что был шок - не сказать ничего. Заявили сразу же в милицию и АХА. В компании АХА у нас была КАСКО и гражданка. В итоге: 10.05.2019 компания АХА выплатила всю сумму согласно условиям договору. С нас сняли все по минимуму. Я могу рекомендовать компанию АХА Срахование на все 100%. Спасибо вам большое и надеемся, что будем сотрудничать с вами дальше.
отказ оплачивать ремонт автомобиля по каско
Возмутительное отношение к клиентам. Никто даже разговаривать не хочет. У моей жены полный каско. После дтп все было правильно оформлено. АХА отказывается оплачивать ремонт, ссылаясь на высокую стоимость. Мы нашли сто, где, в отличии от предложеной АХА, ремонт стоит в 2 раза меньше. Никто даже разговаривать не хочет. Предлагают продать автомобиль,хотя машина на ходу, только побит задний бампер. Как можно так работать ?!
