Ihor Gordienko, Chairman of the Board of the insurance company “INGO Ukraine"
Igor Gordienko has been the Chairman of the Board of the Insurance Company "INGO Ukraine" for several decades, since 1991. During this time, the company has established itself in the ranking of leaders of the Ukrainian market in terms of insurance indemnities, premiums and assets. "INGO Ukraine" has 28 licenses for insurance services. In total, employees of 25 branches located throughout Ukraine work with private and corporate clients.
Under the leadership of Mr. Gordienko, "INGO Ukraine" not only successfully survived several financial and political crises, but also consolidated its positions in the Ukrainian market. For example, in 2016, the IBI-Rating rating agency confirmed the company's credit rating on the National Rating Scale at uaAA with a stable forecast. According to the results of the same year, the consolidated net income of "INGO Ukraine" amounted to 27.56 million UAH, net profit — UAH 51.22 million.
Volodymyr Shevchenko, General Director of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine
Volodymyr Shevchenko has extensive experience in the insurance market. He held the positions of General Director of the International Risk Management Institute and Chairman of the Board of the European Insurance Alliance insurance company. Mr. Shevchenko also headed the MTIBU Audit Commission for several years.
In 2014, he was elected General Director of MTIBU to replace Mykola Lutak, who had been the Acting General Director of the Bureau for some time. In March 2018, at the general meeting of MTIBU, Volodymyr Shevchenko was re-elected for another term.
According to the General Director of the Bureau, now is the time to focus on modern technologies and innovations that can benefit insurance companies by optimizing their business processes and reducing costs. In addition, we note that since the beginning of 2017, the country has launched the sale of electronic policies “autocivils”.
Andriy Peretyazhko, First Vice President of the insurance company “AXA Insurance”
Andriy Peretyazhko began his career in the insurance market of Ukraine in 1993 as the president of SK "SkydVest". In fact, he participated in the formation of the insurance industry and joined the work of many leading companies. For example, after "SkydVest", Mr. Peretyazhko held management positions in the insurance companies "PZU Ukraine", "PZU Ukraine: Life Insurance" and "Ukrainian Insurance Alliance".
In 2007, the French AXA Group entered the Ukrainian market, founding the insurance company "AXA Insurance". At the same time, Mr. Peretyazhko became the first vice-president of the newly created structure. The top manager of "AXA Insurance" continues to take an active part in the development of the industry. In 2012, he was elected president of the Ukrainian Insurance Federation, and at the end of 2014 r. — co-chair of the Banking and Financial Services Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (ACC) in Ukraine.
