Insurance Company "PROSTO-Insurance" began operating in 1997. The company operates throughout Ukraine, has 22 licenses, including 9 licenses for the provision of compulsory insurance services and 13 for voluntary types of insurance.
Insurance Company "PROSTO-Insurance" is a member of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, the Nuclear Insurance Pool of Ukraine. The insurer also actively participates in the Ukrainian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine. In 2006, the company began to participate in the UN Global Compact in Ukraine on the Social Responsibility of Business.

Не виплачують
14 липня 2017р. звернулася із заявою про відшкодування страхової виплати. Терміни вже давно пройшли. На всі мої запитання, відповілиі що у них немає информації від головного офісу. Пишіть скаргу. А останнім часом взагалі не відповідають на дзвінки. Компанія просто жахлива!!!.. Не хочу більше зв’язуватися і нікому не рекомендую!!!
Общение никудышнее, цены скрывают
Хотел приобрести осаго. На сайте этой конторы калькулятор не работает. Значит, стоимость скрывают. Позвонил. Попросил подказать стоимость. Девушка в кол центре уныло ответила что "сейчас переключу и там вам посчитают". Переключила. Трубку поднял какой-то мужчина, который тоже унылым голосом пробормотал название отдела. И положил трубку. Замечательная контора! Ясно, как они будут работать со страховым случаем.
С такими отзывами, вы так долго не протянете
Ещё здест хочу оставить свой отзыв, может кому-то пригодится! Не советую покупать у них ни автоцивилку и боле чем попасть в ДТП где будет эта страховая. Занижают выплаты, игнорируют клиента. Попал в ДТП а печально то что мое авто просто стояло ПРОСТО во дворе а трудяга в него в ехал. Все оформили, класс. Но как дошло к выплате, и , что самое главное страховой полис покрывал ДТП на 50 000 грн. Так они сразу занизили стоимость выплаты так как мое авто по их рейтингу в износе на 70% я предложил снести ещё 30% на износ так как зачем ездить на изношенном авто и ,чтобы они мне выплатили на новое авто 100% новое!!) Но это не здесь и не сейчас. Буду идти в суд

Это негативный (для вас может и позитивный так как прос100- пофиг) и вопрос до сих пор не решили!! Не советую покупать у них ни автоцивилку и боле чем попасть в ДТП где будет эта страховая. Мне не приятно читать отзывы о работе моей любимой компании. Когда-то я в ней работал, успешно работал. Как же пострадала репутация когда-то авторитетного страховщика! Жаль… А Валентине Иосифовне большое уважение и наилучшие пожелания!
