On October 20, 2017, the Kharkiv branch of JSC «PROSTO-strakhovana» settled an insurance case for the first time in Ukraine using an electronic Europrotocol.
The traffic accident occurred on October 18 at 9:38 p.m. The call center operator suggested that the event participants fill out the Europrotocol electronically.
On October 19, an application for payment was submitted along with other necessary documents.
The next day, after inspecting the car at the company's service station, the amount of compensation was determined in the amount of UAH 23,408.53, which was immediately transferred to the official Citroen dealer in Kharkiv, the company "Alfa-Motors".
According to the MTIBU, information on the settlement of insurance cases using the electronic Europrotocol has not yet been received from other insurance companies.
