У меня полис КАСКО в данной компании. Летом этого года попал в ДТП, сотрудники компании сообщили необходимый перечень документов для выплаты, я всё собрал и предоставил. Выплату получил в полном объеме без лишних вопросов. Рекомендую!
Не обученный персонал
Не довольна работой оператора контакт центра Глобал Гарант,подают не достоверую инфмацию и не корректно разговаривают с клиентом.
Хамское общение оператора контакт-центра
По медицинскому обслуживанию все сравнительно неплохо, но это скорее заслуга "Смарт Ассистанс". А вот что касается оператора и работы контакт центра, то полное разочарование. Так с клиентами не общаются...

Некомпетентный персонал, сотрудничество с клиниками с низкоквалифицированными врачами
Девочки - операторы очень грубые и некомпетентные. На мою просьбу при аллергии направить к дерматологу, упорно настаивали на хирурге. Отправляют в маленькие больницы на окраинах, которые не известно вообще имеют ли лицензию на осуществление медицинской деятельности. Не сотрудничают с хорошими клиниками. Главный принцип - взять денег и не оказать помощь. Просьба к руководству повысить зп операторам, чтобы к Вам пришли компетентные, вежливые люди. Хочу выразить благодарность, что своим сервисом вы вернули меня в советское детство. Ностальгия прямо:)

Шарашкина контора!
Покупая страховку у этой компании, готовьтесь к тому, что деньги будут выброшены на ветер, как случилось в нашем случае. Оформляли страховку через интернет, телефонный разговор с сотрудником перешел в переписку viber. Отправили им фотографии всех документов, и перед распечаткой готовой страховки нам сотрудник прислал черновой вариант, чтобы проверить возможные ошибки. Мы проверили, и ошибка действительно присутствовала - в строке модель автомобиля был вопросительныйзнак. В ходе переписки мы сразу указали на эту ошибку, но в ответ получили отказ ее исправить, сказали что претензии не принимаются и документ идет в печать в таком виде. и в итоге нам прислали готовый оформленный документ с неверной (даже несуществующей) моделью автомобиля.
требуют документы, которые я не могу предоставить ,они в Германии, хотя сами сделали запрос
если у вас есть варианты выбирайте другую компанию , на сайте только один номер , за который посадите попугая ,будет больше толку, оператор не компетентен, море лишних вопросов, я согласен ,шарашкина контора, РАЗОЧАРОВАН
Последняя компания в которую нужно обращаться
Такой НЕКОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ я еще не встречала. ДТП произошло 11.02.2020 в Киеве . Составили Евро Протокол. Разговаривала с консультантом. Договорились что приезжаю 13.02.2020 то-есть сегодня. Я приехала. Офис закрыт. На мой вопрос на гор линию: это как вообще? Мне ответили что офис закрыт ПО ТЕХНИЧЕСКИМ ПРИЧИНАМ!!!!!!! ( Вы СТО, ЖЕК. Пекарня ? какие причины ) В итоге сказали ждать понедельника и то что со мной свяжутся ( сегодня четверг вообще то ) ТО-ЕСТЬ спустя неделю со мной свяжутся ???? Заявление заказным письмом отправляю СЕГОДНЯ по почте + на гор линию КМДА жалоба. Я даже зафиксировать не могу что я к ВАМ ПРИЕХАЛА ! Ужас ! ! ! Максимально попытаюсь распространить информацию ( по соц сетям, фб что бы с данной конторой не связывались. На улице 2020 год мы живем с столице а у Вас даже общение с клиентами не налажено.
Не професійний персонал та повне ігнорування.
Не професійний персонал. Писала на сторінку фейсбук, щоб надали контакти менеджера який займається нашим страховим випадком. Декілька разів відповідали, що з Вами сконтактується фахівець, але так ніхто і не телефонувавав, а коли нарешті перетелефонували, виявилось, що це працівник кол центру, яка нічого не знає і не володіє жодною інформацією. На запитання, чи є менеджер, який займаєтьося нашим випадком, відповіди що напевно в листі буде вказано. З цією ж працівницею вже спілкувалась раніше коли повідомляла про страховий випадок, на запитання тоді також відповідала, що нічого не знає та володіє жодною інформаціє, толком нічого пояснити не могла та хамила.
Некомпетентность
15.05.2021 произошло дтп с их клиентом . Клиент вину признал . Документы были отправлены вовремя Уже месяц ждём эксперта что бы повреждения описал. Соответственно машина не ремонтируется Тиш да гладь НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ГЛОБАЛ ГАРАНТ

Произошло ДТП с их клиентом. Остановили свою лицензию, так и не воплотили страховку. Клиент отказывается возмещать. страховая отказывается возмещать. В данном случае моторка бесполезна. "Ждите 1-,15 года".
