Insurance Company "Kremin" began operating on the insurance market of Ukraine on October 3, 1996. The company was founded in the city of Kremenchuk (Poltava region).
In 2001, the shareholders of the organization decided to move the head office to Donetsk. This year, a new stage of the company's activity began. Based on the results of its 15-year activity, SK "Kremin" positions itself as one of the leaders in the domestic insurance market of Ukraine.

The company provides services on the basis of 21 licenses for voluntary and mandatory types of insurance. As a result of its activities in 2015, more than 216 thousand contracts were concluded, while insurance payments were received in the amount exceeding 1 billion hryvnia. In 2015, 227 million hryvnias of insurance compensation were paid. The authorized capital of the insurer is 17 million hryvnias. The company's insurance reserves amount to more than 269 million hryvnias.
In 2015, the insurer received membership in the Insurance Business Association. In 2016, the insurance company was recognized as the leader in the Insurance Top nomination and the National Insurance Payments Club.
