The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has seized the main office of the insurance company Prosto-Insurance at 10 Hertsena Street in the capital.
This is evidenced by the court materials, Ukrainian News reports.
According to them, since October 2015, the National Police has been conducting an investigation into 2 individuals who tried to seize a third individual's share in the authorized capital of Investment Consulting LLC.
According to the investigation, these individuals are the ultimate beneficial owners of Prosto-Insurance Insurance Company.
The judge concluded that in order to ensure compensation for the damage caused to the individual and prevent the alienation of property, it is necessary to seize the building of the hotel and office center at 10 Hertsena Street, where the main office of Prosto-Insurance Insurance Company is located.
Prosto-Insurance Insurance Company is registered in 1997, deals with risk insurance. In January, the Cypriot Astroway Limited left the Prosto-Strakhavan Insurance Company.
