On September 30, 2017, a client of "SK ASKO DS" under a MTPL contract was driving on the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway in his CHEVROLET LACETTI car while intoxicated. As a result, he became the culprit of an accident, colliding with a SKODA OCTAVIA car.
The amount of damage caused to the driver of the SKODA OCTAVIA amounted to UAH 151,636.76. The liability limit of "Insurance Company ASKO DS" under a MTPL contract was UAH 100,000. The deductible (part of the damage that is not subject to compensation by the insurer to the insured) under this contract is UAH 1,000.
