The Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine has published statistics on sales of electronic policies of compulsory third-party liability insurance of car owners for the period from February 7 to September 3.
So, according to MTIBU data, in total In seven months, thirty domestic insurers participating in the project sold 46,412 electronic policies, the amount of proceeds from which amounted to UAH 37.4 million. At the same time, the top "five" insurers account for 78% of all e-policies sold and 81% of the total amount of payments collected under electronic "auto insurance".
In particular, Insurance Group "TAS", according to MTIBU, ranked second in the market in terms of premiums attracted under electronic OSCPV policies: since their introduction, the company has sold 4,036 contracts, the amount of payments for which reached UAH 7,925,566. Thus, currently, the TAS Insurance Group accounts for 21.2% of all premiums attracted by market participants under online policies.
Let us recall that Ukrainian drivers have been able to issue electronic policies of the mandatory "auto civil liability" since February 7, 2018.

In addition to providing information support, including explanations regarding the correctness of filling in the data for the policy, specialists of SG «TAS» at the client's request can independently issue an electronic policy for him: create a corresponding application in the MTIBU database, make an insurance payment – and the client will immediately receive the policy in his e-mail. In addition, to avoid possible misunderstandings – for example, when checking the document by the police – the insurer also provides such clients with a paper version of the policy.
