The Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIB) has excluded the insurance company "Zdorovo" (Kyiv) from the list of its members since February 1 due to arrears in payment of contributions to the bureau's funds for two months, the MTIBU told the "Interfax-Ukraine" agency.
The bureau also noted that since the deprivation of membership in MTIBU, the "Zdorovo" insurance company loses the right to conclude OSCPV contracts on its own behalf and is obliged to conduct an inventory of forms and return the remains of unused and damaged forms within a month.
According to current legislation, an insurer after exclusion from MTIBU must fulfill all obligations under OSCPV contracts concluded after termination of membership in the bureau.
PrJSC "SK" Zdorovo "has been operating in the insurance market of Ukraine since 2005. It has 24 licenses for the provision of 13 types of voluntary insurance and 11 types of compulsory insurance.
The company's authorized capital is UAH 18.5 million.
