According to the results of January-September 2018, the volume of payments collected by TAS Insurance Group exceeded one billion hryvnias, amounting to 1,006.94 million hryvnias, which is 38.6% more than the amount of receipts for the corresponding period last year!
It is symbolic that the company achieved such significant results just on the eve of its 20th anniversary, which will be celebrated tomorrow, October 19.
The largest share of the company's payments – 34.9% – according to the results of three quarters fell on compulsory third-party liability insurance policies for car owners, under which UAH 351.43 million in payments were attracted, which is 72.1% higher than the same figure for the first nine months of 2017. In turn, under the Green Card policies, TAS Insurance Group collected UAH 212.18 million in premiums, which is 21.07% of the total revenue and 14.9% higher than the corresponding figure for January - September last year.
At the same time, the sales volume of land transport insurance contracts increased by 60.2% for the year: under CASCO contracts, UAH 172.41 million in payments were attracted during the specified period, which is 17.12% of the total amount of insurance revenues of the company.
In turn, under voluntary health insurance contracts, TAS Insurance Group attracted UAH 72.88 million in payments - this is 41.9% more than for the reporting period last year. Under property insurance contracts, the insurer attracted UAH 36.33 million in payments during the nine months, and UAH 161.71 million under other insurance contracts.
The company's insurance payments for January-September amounted to UAH 385.62 million, which is 50.7% higher than the amount of compensation for the corresponding period in 2017. In particular, under compulsory third-party liability insurance policies, victims were compensated UAH 138.05 million, which is 35.8% of the company's total payments and 56.1% more than the amount of payments under "auto civil liability" for the reporting period in 2017. Almost a quarter of the reimbursements of SG "TAS" for the specified period – 24.9% – fell on the "Green Card" policies, under which 96 million UAH were paid, which is 43% higher than the same figure for January-September last year. The third place in the insurer's payment portfolio with a share of 23.43% is occupied by CASCO: under land transport insurance contracts, 90.34 million UAH were paid during the nine months – this is 45.8% more than in the three quarters of last year.
In turn, under voluntary health insurance contracts, 41.89 million UAH were reimbursed, which is 10.86% of the total volume of the company's payments and 72.2% higher than the same figure for the corresponding period last year. Under property insurance contracts, SG "TAS" in January-September reimbursed UAH 2.59 million, under other insurance contracts - UAH 16.75 million.
