TAS Insurance Group summarized its work for the first month of 2018. Thus, according to the insurer's statistics, the volume of insurance payments collected in January amounted to UAH 111.43 million, which is 55.4% higher than the amount of premiums for January last year.
The largest share in the company's portfolio – 26.43% – falls on "Green Card" policies, under which UAH 29.45 million in payments were collected during the month, which is 35.6% higher than the same period last year. At the same time, the volume of revenues of SG "TAS" under compulsory third-party liability insurance policies for car owners at the end of the month reached UAH 27 million, which is 24.23% of the total amount of payments for the month and 77.1% higher than the amount of premiums under "auto-civil" policies for January last year.
In turn, the volume of premiums under voluntary medical insurance contracts at the end of the first month of 2018 amounted to UAH 24.85 million (22.3% of the total amount of collected payments) - this is 31.5% more than the volume of revenues under VHI contracts attracted by the insurer in January last year.
The share of CASCO in the portfolio of SG "TAS" at the end of the first month of this year amounted to 11.82%. Thus, under land transport insurance contracts, UAH 13.17 million in insurance payments were collected, which is more than three times higher than the similar figure for January 2017.
Accordingly, the insurer's income under property insurance contracts for the reporting period amounted to UAH 3.76 million, which is 3.38% of the total amount of payments.
Under contracts for other types of insurance in January, TAS Insurance Group attracted UAH 13.2 million in payments - 53.6% more than for the same period last year.
The volume of insurance payments of TAS Insurance Group for January amounted to UAH 37.68 million - which is 40.5% more than the amount of compensation paid by the insurer for January last year.
The largest share in the company's payment portfolio - 39.82% - fell on policies mandatory "auto-civil": under them, victims were compensated a total of UAH 15 million, which is 80.8% higher than the same figure for January last year. Almost a quarter of the insurer's payments - 23.27% - fell on "Green Card" policies: under them, UAH 8.8 million was reimbursed during the month, which is 27.4% more than the same figure for January last year. Slightly less was paid under land transport insurance contracts - UAH 8.03 million, which is 5.6% more than in January last year. Thus, the share of CASCO in the company's payment portfolio amounted to 21.31%.
In turn, under the VHI contracts, the TAS Insurance Group made insurance payments in the total amount of UAH 4.86 million in January, which is 12.89% of the total volume of compensations for the month and is 63.1% higher than the same period last year. At the same time, the amount of payments under property insurance contracts amounted to UAH 0.47 million. Under contracts for other types of insurance, the TAS Insurance Group paid UAH 0.52 million in January.
