In October 2017, clients of the Kraina insurance company received 12,751,000 hryvnias in insurance compensation. The company increased its payout ratio by 26% compared to 2016.
Indemnities for personal types, including voluntary medical insurance, increased by 52%, Kraina Insurance Company paid 7,481,000 hryvnias for the treatment of insured persons and their medical care. In total, since the beginning of the year, the company has reimbursed 70,908,000 hryvnias for personal types.
Owners of cars insured under CASCO received 2,705,000 hryvnias in October. Last year's figure was two times lower - then the policyholders of the "Kraina" Insurance Company reported damage to their cars for 1,343,000 hryvnias. For voluntary motor vehicle insurance, the insurer paid 19,002,000 hryvnias for 10 months.
For compulsory third-party liability insurance of cars, PJSC "Kraina" Insurance Company made payments in the amount of 2,436,000 hryvnias. In total, since January, car owners have received 34,576,000 hryvnias for this type of insurance.
In total, the "Kraina" Insurance Company has paid 126,436,000 hryvnias for all types of insurance since the beginning of the year, which is 41% more compared to the period January-October 2016.
