214,784 UAH was paid by Insurance Group «TAS» to the owner of a Skoda Superb car damaged due to the fault of the company's insured.
While driving his Renault Megane, a client of SG «TAS» at some point got distracted from the road and drove into the oncoming lane. The consequence of such recklessness was a collision with a Superb that was traveling in the opposite direction.
As a result of the accident, both cars received serious damage, however, the perpetrator of the accident did not have to pay for the repair of someone else's car thanks to a prudently drawn voluntary «autocivil» policy within the framework of the «Complete Auto Protection» contract. Fulfilling its obligations to the client, the Insurance Group "TAS" made the maximum payment possible under the mandatory "auto civil liability" policy - in the amount of 100 thousand UAH, and the remaining loss - 114,784 UAH - was compensated under the voluntary insurance contract of civil liability of car owners.
Let us recall that the contract "Complete Auto Protection" is an innovative insurance product of the SG "TAS" for car owners, which provides them with comprehensive insurance protection on the road. The contract includes several insurance programs. Thus, the program "Road Amulet" protects the driver's health in the event of an accident, the program "Light CASCO" protects the contract owner's car, and the "Autocivilka Plus" program complements and strengthens the effect of the compulsory third party liability insurance policy for car owners.
