The MetLife Ukraine Board of Directors announced that Myroslav Kisyk resigned as Chairman of the Board on March 26. At the same time, he was appointed General Manager of MetLife in Poland, subject to regulatory approval.
Myroslav Kisyk was appointed Chairman of the Board and General Manager of MetLife in Ukraine in 2015, contributing to significant growth in sales and financial results, with assets exceeding UAH 2.1 billion, and insurance reserves of UAH 1.7 billion. Holding a 25% market share, MetLife in Ukraine supports more than 565,000 customers (as of December 2017), offering more than 30 insurance products, including life insurance, accident insurance, health insurance and corporate insurance.
Inna Belyanska, currently the Director of the Individual Sales Department, will temporarily act as the General Manager of MetLife in Ukraine from today.
MetLife was the first company in Ukraine to offer medical insurance for children against critical illnesses with coverage up to UAH 1 million, and a special program to protect women from oncological diseases - "Women's Health". Over the past three years, the company has topped the rankings of life insurance companies in Ukraine, both in terms of the number of clients and the volume of insurance premiums.
