The shareholders of the Insurance Company "Kyiv Insurance House" at the meeting on August 10 decided to liquidate the company on a voluntary basis.
The company reports this in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
According to the financial statements for 2017, the value of the insurer's net assets is UAH 62.685 million, the amount of liabilities is UAH 99.982 million, and the amount of equity is UAH 62.685 million.
"The sufficiency of the issuer's assets to settle its obligations, The amount that may remain after satisfying the creditors' claims and is distributed among the shareholders will be determined by the liquidator during the liquidation procedure in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine," the message says.
Recall that on July 5, the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIB) excluded Kyiv Insurance House from the list of its members due to arrears in payment of contributions to the MTIB funds.
