Recall that in order to improve the quality of customer service, as well as promptly respond to their needs for insurance protection and accordingly optimize the product line, SG "TAS" systematically conducts surveys of policyholders. In the process of surveying clients, first of all, they are asked to evaluate the level of service in the company - both at the stage of concluding the contract and its support by the insurer, and at the stage of settling the insured event.
Therefore, as it turned out during the conducted study, more than 95% of clients of the TAS Insurance Group are completely satisfied with the services provided by the company and are ready to give it the highest points for the quality of service, as well as recommend it to friends and acquaintances. At the same time, the indisputable advantages of the company, according to 92% of policyholders, are the competence of the staff, the efficiency and quality of settlement of losses, and the diversity of the product line.
In general, as the analysis of the survey results showed, when choosing an insurer, the priority factors for the client are the company's reputation, its reliability and stability, the level of service, as well as personal contact with its specialists - this answer was given by 89% of respondents. At the same time, the price of insurance, that is, the size of the insurance payment, is a determining factor for only 11% of respondents.
The absolute majority of the surveyed clients of SG "TAS" - 71% - emphasized that they are committed to long-term cooperation with their insurer and do not even consider changing it. Therefore, it is extremely important for them to receive a notification of the expiration of the policy in advance in order to have time to draw up a contract for the next year with their insurance company and thus prevent a situation when you have to buy a contract from the "first insurer you come across" - just so that it is there.
At the same time, 83% of respondents said that, in addition to the mandatory "auto civil", they are ready to buy other insurance products of SG "TAS", in particular, from the auto insurance segment - to ensure maximum protection on the road. At the same time, 85% of respondents expressed a desire to receive information about the company's new products and promotional offers on a regular basis.
It remains to add that more than 100 thousand clients of SG "TAS" from all regions of Ukraine took part in the survey.
