The insurance group "TAS", which has always focused on high quality consumer service in its activities, has published the data of its traditional annual customer survey on satisfaction with the level of services provided by the insurer. In addition, during the study, attention was paid to studying the requirements of policyholders, which will be used by the insurer to optimize its product line in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Therefore, as the survey results show, more than 95% of clients of the "TAS" insurance group are completely satisfied with the quality of services provided by the company. It is noteworthy that this applies both to assessing the level of service at the stage of concluding the contract, and to its support and settlement of the insured event. At the same time, more than 97% of clients in the process of communicating with representatives of the "TAS" Quality Control Service expressed their willingness to recommend the company as a reliable insurer to their relatives and friends.
By the way, as the results of the study show, for the absolute majority of clients - over 86% - the "price factor" when choosing an insurer is of only secondary importance, while such indicators as the company's reputation, its reliability, level of service, quality of loss settlement, as well as the availability of personal contact with a company specialist come to the fore.
Thus, the cost of the contract - the insurance payment - plays a key role in choosing an insurer only for less than 14% of respondents. At the same time, for more than 65% of policyholders it is extremely important to receive reminders in advance from representatives of the SG "TAS" about the expiration of the policy in order to avoid the need to urgently purchase a policy from an unverified "stranger" insurer.
Moreover, more than 76% of respondents during a conversation with representatives of the Quality Control Service of the Insurance Group "TAS" noted that they are interested in deepening cooperation with the insurer, in particular, they are ready to consider the possibility of purchasing new insurance products from it to ensure maximum insurance protection of their property.
In addition, 79% of respondents indicated that they would not mind receiving from SG "TAS" up-to-date information about the company's new products and current promotional offers.
Thus, the results of the survey once again confirmed that the vast majority of clients of the Insurance Group "TAS" are committed to long-term cooperation with the company, confident in its reliability, stability and high-quality insurance protection that it provides.
It remains to add that more than 100 thousand policyholders of SG «TAS» from all regions of Ukraine took part in the survey.
