Exclusively, on the website Parasol.ua, we offer to your attention the results of the work of all current members of the Motor Transport Bureau of Ukraine as of 01.05.2015 on Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (MTPL). This table provides information on the amounts of accrued insurance premiums and actually paid insurance compensations for January-April 2016. It should be noted that as of today, two of the companies presented in the table are deprived of MTIBU membership and the right to sell MTPL policies - SK Nova and SK Skyd.
According to MTIBU regulations, insurance companies, MTIBU members, which have the right to implement MTPL policies, must make payments in the amount of at least 30% of the amount of collected (accrued) premiums, depending on the quality of settlement of insured events.
