At the end of 2018, TAS Insurance Group conducted a traditional survey of its clients, the purpose of which was to determine an objective assessment of the quality of insurance services received by consumers.
So, as it turned out during the survey, 95.6% of TAS Insurance Group clients are completely satisfied with the services provided by the company and are ready to recommend it as a reliable insurer to their friends and acquaintances. At the same time, 96% of respondents rated the quality of service in the company with the highest points. Interestingly, among the main advantages of SG "TAS", 93% of respondents noted the competence of the staff. At the same time, 90% of respondents gave the company the highest marks for efficiency and quality of claims settlement. Almost the same number of respondents - 88% - noted the variety of the company's insurance products, which are designed for all customer segments and meet the requirements of even the most demanding policyholders, providing them with comprehensive insurance protection.
In general, according to the results of the survey, the most important factors that play a key role in choosing an insurer for 89% of clients are the company's reputation, its reliability, stability, level of service, as well as personal contact with its employees. But the size of the insurance payment, as it turned out, is the main factor for only 9% of respondents.
So it is quite natural that the absolute majority of clients of SG "TAS", namely 79%, are set on long-term cooperation with their insurer and do not even consider the possibility of changing it. That is why it is very important for them to receive a reminder in advance about the expiration of the contract in order to have time to issue a policy for the next period with "their" insurance company and thus prevent a situation when you have to buy it from the first insurer you come across "on the side of the road" - just to have the necessary document at hand.
In addition to the reminder about the expiration of the contract, 87% of respondents said that they would like to systematically receive information about new products of SG "TAS" and the company's promotional offers. At the same time, 85% of respondents noted that they are interested in not only "autocivilka" in the company's line, but also other products, in particular auto insurance, which will provide comprehensive insurance protection of the car owner's property interests.
Let us recall that customer surveys aimed at objectively assessing the quality of service in the company both at the stage of concluding an insurance contract and in the event of an insured event, as well as promptly responding to the current needs of policyholders in insurance protection and optimizing the product line, are conducted by SG "TAS" on a regular basis.
It remains to add that this time more than 100 thousand customers of the company from all regions of Ukraine took part in the survey.
