The National Commission for Financial Services has decided to cancel all licenses of the insurance company "Dominanta".
As reported by a member of the National Commission for Financial Services, Denys Yastreb, such a decision was made at a meeting of the commission on June 7 and will come into force in a month.
The reason for this decision was the denial of access to the inspection of the company by representatives of the National Commission for Financial Services.
According to the MTIBU, ST "Dominanta" has debts to the bureau funds. The insurance company's phones and website are not working.
The bureau noted that "Dominanta" was recently one of the leaders in the number of complaints filed with the National Commission for Financial Services and MTSBU.
The company "Dominanta" had 32 licenses.
According to the industry magazine Insurance Top, in 2017, ST "Dominanta" collected 163.8 million UAH in insurance premiums (32nd place) and paid out 59.3 million UAH (28th place). In terms of payouts, the company ranked 35th - 36.19%.
