On October 26-27, the Third Session of the Program "LEADING MANAGEMENT 2017" was held at the Head Office of SK "PROVIDNA" as part of the "Corporate University" project.
The program of the third session included: speeches by members of the Board, testing, solving practical business cases, as well as the "Sales Management" training (trainer Molchenko A.V.)
Students of the corporate university also attended the ballet "Sleeping Beauty" at the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater of Ukraine.
18 employees of the Company who submitted applications and passed the competitive selection took part in the Program. Among them were directors and deputy directors of branches, as well as directors of reception and customer service centers.
The goal of the "PROVIDNA MANAGEMENT 2017" program is to develop the professional and managerial qualities of employees, and to prepare a human resource reserve.
