On October 19, "KRONA" Insurance Company held an annual meeting with representatives of HR departments of state and private enterprises. The event was dedicated to the issues of voluntary health insurance as one of the effective tools for motivating company personnel.
The management of "KRONA" Insurance Company devoted its speeches to modern issues of attracting and retaining valuable specialists in companies and the prospects for the development of voluntary health insurance in the corporate sector.
During the meeting, the main subject of discussion was current trends in employee motivation. As noted, the participants were particularly interested in the business case of the use of voluntary health insurance at enterprises and the consideration of factors that affect the expansion of the social package for employees.
The participants learned about the advantages and important aspects of corporate voluntary health insurance from the Insurance Company "KRONA", received additional consultations and the opportunity to communicate with colleagues in an informal setting.
