The Supervisory Board of the insurance companies Kniazha and Kniazha Life made a decision to further strengthen the Kniazha brand and, using the positive results of synergy in the Group, appointed Dmytro Hrytsuta as the Chairman of the Board of Kniazha Life Insurance Company, who has been successfully leading Kniazha Insurance Company for more than 5 years.
Changes were made in Kniazha Insurance Company aimed at the further long-term development of the Company. The Board of Knyazha Insurance Company was reduced to three people, but strategically important areas of the business were strengthened.
Svitlana Krasovskaya was transferred to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board for medical and personal insurance in order to further strengthen the Company's position in this segment of the insurance market.
Chairman of the Board of Knyazha Grytsuta D.O. will additionally focus on sales development, Deputy Chairman of the Board Ilyushin O.O. on the development of underwriting, Deputy Chairman of the Board Gapchuk M.M. remains responsible for finances and will focus on the enhanced development of insurance IT technologies and improvement of business processes for settling losses in the Company.
The contract with the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Knyazha Life Insurance Company, Bordyug I.V., was also extended.
